Somewhere along the way I was spending more energy managing my tools than doing the work they promised to help with. The thing meant to quiet the noise had become the noise. Nothing extra to maintain. We are starting with a brain dump, because that is where so many workflows begin. What we care about is what happens after it: helping those scattered thoughts find a shape that matches your mind, instead of forcing your mind into someone else's shape. We are beginning with neurodiverse individuals, because every mind works differently and theirs make that impossible to ignore. This was never one kind of mind against another.
