Love that the alert-fatigue problem is the thing you tackled first. The "escalate only when the fix fails" framing feels like it was designed by someone who's actually been paged at 3am, not someone theorizing about it.
The auto-remediation is genuinely useful - set it up to restart a flaky service and it just handled it overnight without paging me. Liked that the setup didn't need any config files, just pointed it at the host.
