The idea came from a simple frustration: companies collect thousands of customer reviews, survey responses, and support messages, but very few actually understand them at scale. Reading everything manually isn't practical, and existing tools often produce dashboards without meaningful insights.
I wanted to build something that could instantly reveal how customers truly feel, identify recurring themes, and help teams make faster product decisions.
OPINIS uses AI to analyze customer feedback, detect sentiment and emotions, extract important keywords, and generate actionable insights within seconds.

the clean dashboard layout really stands out, especially how the sentiment breakdowns are grouped with the topic clusters right where your eye already is. saves a click compared to most tools that bury insights under three menus.
Dumped a CSV of survey responses and the topic clustering picked up patterns I would have missed scrolling through manually. The sentiment timeline view is genuinely useful for spotting when things shifted.
