OpenVenue is a free directory of New England wedding venue pricing, built so couples can actually compare wedding venue costs upfront instead of filling out a dozen "request a quote" forms and getting a bunch of incomprehensible PDFs.
My fiancé and I built OpenVenue.app after getting frustrated trying to plan our own wedding. Every venue site made you fill out a "request pricing" form and wait days for a reply, just to find out the venue was out of budget. So we built the thing we wished existed: a free, searchable directory in New England where you can actually see venue pricing and detailed package inclusions up front.
Would love feedback, especially on what would make this more useful for anyone currently in the venue-hunting trenches. Thanks for checking it out!
