I built OmniTrust after seeing how much cash-on-delivery no-shows and "wardrobing" (buy it, wear it once, return it) quietly cost small online shops - and how little any single store can do about it, because the same person can pull this on a dozen shops before any one of them notices.
OmniTrust is a plugin (WooCommerce live today, PrestaShop too) that checks orders in the background, after checkout - it never blocks, delays, or bans anyone. If an order looks high-risk based on what other merchants on the network have reported, it just quietly goes on hold for your own review. Fair by design: reports can be disputed and fade over time, it's not a permanent blacklist.
