I built OfficialMail after seeing solo founders and small teams keep using personal inboxes for customer inquiries, quotes, and partnerships—not because they preferred them, but because setting up business email on a custom domain felt expensive and technically confusing.
OfficialMail turns that setup into a guided flow. Connect your domain, follow step-by-step MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checks, create your primary mailbox, and start sending and receiving from the web, Android, or Windows. You can also use standard mail apps through IMAP/SMTP.
The free plan includes one primary company inbox, 2 GB of mail storage, unlimited receiving, and up to 30 outgoing messages per day. Teams can move to the Growth plan when they need more members, 10 GB per account, unlimited sending, scheduled sending, AI Assist, or API access.
