That’s where Ari comes in. Ari is your reflection companion, helping you explore your everyday thoughts through warm, meaningful conversations, intended to feel like a conversation with a friend. You can start with whatever is on your mind, notice recurring patterns, and explore the growth areas that matter to you.
Our approach draws on psychology frameworks to guide reflection. We want the experience to feel approachable and personal, with Ari learning more about you as your conversations develop. The emphasis is on helping you reach your own understanding, at your own pace.
