Hi Product Hunt, I’m Takahiro, the maker of Nutri Management.

I built it to make the nutrients beyond calories easier to understand. It is an iPhone food diary that puts 34 nutrient items into visual progress bars, with separate views for nutrients relevant to skin and hair. The goal is to help people review their everyday food choices, without promising beauty results or treating medical conditions.

You can search foods, enter portions, tap a nutrient to explore foods rich in it, and review daily, weekly and monthly patterns. Premium adds food-by-food contributions, meal copying and editable meal sets, nutrient pinning, dashboard customization and previous-period comparisons.

Transparency matters here: food data can be published, estimated or incomplete. Unknown and trace values are counted as zero in the calculations, so the totals can underestimate actual intake. Reference values currently follow Japan’s 2025 dietary references, adjusted for the profile you choose.

Meal records stay on your device, and no app account is needed. Logging is free. The first seven days include an analysis and Premium preview; after that, an optional rewarded ad unlocks basic analysis for a rolling 24 hours. Premium is ¥600/month or ¥4,800/year in Japan.

The app has Japanese and English interfaces and is currently available on Japan’s App Store. The gallery uses sample records.

I would love feedback on which nutrient views are clearest, how useful the skin and hair dashboards feel, and what would make everyday food logging easier.
