Hey Product Hunt! I'm Paull.
A few years back, my mate Ben was struggling. He has ADHD. Works five days a week, studying, and he'd just had a baby. He couldn't focus on what mattered. He couldn't get started on things. And he could never remember to call me back.
I did some research. I talked to Ben about what he was actually struggling with — not productivity-guru stuff, but the real problems. What came through clearly was that he didn't need to "try harder." He needed a tool that worked with his brain, not against it.
So I built him an app. Just for Ben. We called it ForBen. It had task suggestions, a timeline, focus timers. After a while, Ben said: "I think this would help other people like me."
So we renamed it Nudge and kept building. We added body doubling, gamification, streaks, ambient sounds, AI brain dump.
Ben still uses it every day. He still forgets to call me — but now it's weeks, not months.
