I've been frustrated with this for years – finally built a solution
I've been using Notion for content management, but there's always been one major pain point: no proper way to see what actually changed between versions. Notion's history just shows you the whole page again.
So I built Notion Diff — a Chrome extension that compares two Notion pages side-by-side, just like git diff.
