Notely Voice came from a simple frustration. Typing is slow, and your best ideas don't wait for your fingers to catch up.
Most transcription apps send your audio to the cloud. Your meeting notes, your medical thoughts, your late-night ideas... all sitting on someone else's server. We thought that was wrong, so we built everything around on-device AI. Transcription runs locally using OpenAI's Whisper, and summarisation uses Gemma and Llama directly on your device, so your words never leave your phone if you don't want to. Cloud transcription only on demand, no servers storing your words. It even works offline.
We're also fully open source (GPL-3.0) on GitHub, so you don't have to take our word for it.
