I built NoShame because I kept hitting the same wall everywhere else. Conversations getting cut off mid scene, characters losing their personality after a few messages, platforms that felt great for a day then turned into a loop.
I'm into taboo stories and I couldn't find anything that didn't flinch. So I built it myself.
The core obsession from day one has been character depth and consistency. Not just making something that works but making something that actually feels present across a long conversation. We use Grok for the model, built dynamic response length that adapts to the scene, and treat the aftermath of intense moments with the same narrative weight as the scene itself.
125+ characters live right now. Still early, still improving. I want brutal feedback more than I want compliments. If something feels hollow or breaks the immersion, I want to know exactly where and why.
