Hey Product Hunt — I’m Rajib, the founder of Nibwright.
I have worked as a MERN developer on Upwork for years. The proposals that lost were rarely worse than the ones that won. They were often simply later.
I wanted the first hour back, but I did not want a bot bidding in my name. A proposal affects a freelancer’s reputation, rate, and relationship with a client, so the final decision should stay with the freelancer.
That is why I built Nibwright:
• It checks saved searches through Upwork’s official API every 60 seconds.
• It screens clients by signals such as spend, hire rate, posting age, and budget.
• It drafts a proposal using the job post, your profile, and your past letters.
• It shows the Connect cost before you send.
• You review, paste, and press Submit yourself.
Why stop before Submit? Upwork does not provide a proposal-submission API. Nibwright uses read-only access and deliberately leaves that final action with you.
