the canvas-aware grouping is the interesting part to me, most infinite canvas tools treat everything as flat shapes and leave the AI blind to layout. curious how it handles real-time collab though, if two people are dragging and regrouping the same cluster of sticky notes at once, does the AI's read of "what's grouped together" stay stable or does it need a settled canvas to make sense of anything.
One thing that would make NexBoard way more useful for me would be a proper offline mode. Being able to keep editing my canvas on a plane or in a spotty café and having everything sync cleanly when I reconnect would be a lifesaver for students and travelling creators who don't always have reliable wifi.
finally tried it and the canvas aware ai actually understands the layout, not just the text. pulled a messy brainstorm into a clean task list in seconds.
The way the AI lives inside the canvas instead of sitting in a side panel makes brainstorming feel way more natural.
The infinite canvas feels really smooth and the AI actually understands what's grouped together, which surprised me. Wish I had this for group projects in college.
