NearSkill helps candidates find relevant jobs without spending hours searching through listings that don't fit. Instead of relying only on job titles or keywords, NearSkill looks at a candidate's profile, skills, experience, and the requirements of each job to surface better matches.
I built NearSkill because finding a good job match can feel like searching through hundreds of listings that aren't actually relevant to you.
The idea is simple: instead of making candidates search endlessly, NearSkill tries to bring the relevant opportunities to them based on their skills and experience.
