Hi Product Hunt, I’m the developer of NearKit. Small tasks like finding a browser tab, retrieving copied text and jotting down an idea can interrupt a work session. I built NearKit to bring those everyday actions closer together.
You can search apps and authorized browser tabs, edit local Markdown notes, bind actions on a visual keyboard and keep interactive widgets on your desktop. The website gallery shows the actual interface.
The current public version is free and needs no account. It requires macOS 15+ and Apple Silicon. Which small Mac task would you most like to simplify? I’d love to hear your feedback.
