Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Rasmus, the founder of motii. I'm a solo founder based in Aarhus, Denmark, and this is the first thing I've launched here, so go easy on me.
Why I built it:
I consume alot of knowledge. Books, articles, podcasts, videos. And I kept noticing the same thing: two weeks after finished something, I could barely tell you what was in it. My highlights were stuck in the Kindle app, my notes were scattered across three apps, and none of it ever turned into anything I actually did.
Learning wasn't my problem. Applying it was.
So I built motii for myself first. You take notes directly on what you read or listen to, in your own words. motii keeps the context, and when you need something later (a decision, a talk, an idea you half remember), you just ask across your whole library instead of digging.
The method is backed by research: spaced review, retrieval instead of rereading, and writing things in your own words.
It's early. I'd love honest feedback on what feels useful and what doesn't, and I'll be answering every comment here!
