Mikujar is a note app built around one note, one small thing: notes live on a timeline, organized in collections, with optional reminders and a calendar so nothing gets lost in a wall of text. Sync your workspace when you’re signed in, switch the UI between Chinese and English, and keep attachments alongside your writing. Made for people who want structure without another heavy “second brain” tool.
Mikujar was inspired by a simple frustration: many note-taking tools feel too heavy for small thoughts. Sometimes I just want to save a sentence, an image, a feeling, or a quick idea without turning it into a full document. I wanted to build something lighter and more natural for that kind of note-taking.
The main problem I was trying to solve was how to make scattered thoughts easier to record and organize. Existing tools often depend too much on folders, long-form structure, or rigid tagging. With Mikujar, I wanted note-taking to feel more visual, flexible, and card-based.
My approach also became clearer during the process. Right now, Mikujar mainly focuses on capturing and organizing notes. But over time, I hope to develop it further so it can also help users trace themes across time and eventually gain insights from what they’ve recorded.
