Hey Product Hunt! I'm Bayo, founder of Lafia.
Quick backstory: I grew up between Nigeria and the US. In both places, I watched the same pattern — people managing health conditions with zero support between doctor visits. Your doctor sees you twice a year. The rest of the time, you're Googling symptoms at 2 AM.
We built Amina to be the companion that's always there. Not a chatbot with a medical disclaimer — an actual system.

Talk to Amina by voice or text. She has 9 specialist AI agents (nutrition, medication, chronic care, mental health, triage, sleep, stress, fitness, community resources) that collaborate behind one natural conversation. She screens for social determinants of health through the conversation itself — no clipboard, no forms. She tracks your wearables, computes a health score, and when she spots something that needs clinical attention, she escalates to your provider instantly.
For providers:
An AI copilot that actually knows your patients. Pick a patient, click "Summary" — get a clinical brief in seconds. A critical-first escalation queue so the most urgent concern always bubbles up. Rules-based scheduling. One provider can manage 50+ patients with the time investment of 5.
The line we never cross: Amina never diagnoses. Never prescribes. Every clinical action requires the provider's explicit approval. The AI surfaces information. The human makes decisions.
