Hey Product Hunt, We built MessageCFO because too much of small business finance still lives in fragments. Quotes are in one place, invoices in another, expenses somewhere else, customer follow-ups happen in WhatsApp or Telegram, and cash flow questions only get answered after something is already late. We originally started with AI-generated business documents like proposals, quotations, and invoices. But while building, it became clear that creating the document was only a small part of the real problem. The harder part was everything around it: tracking expenses, pulling data out of statements and receipts, following up on overdue invoices, keeping reports and payroll in view, and giving founders a faster way to ask financial questions and actually take action. That’s why MessageCFO evolved into a messaging-first AI CFO across WhatsApp, Telegram, and web. Instead of just giving you another dashboard, we wanted one connected system that can help you create documents, manage collections, understand cash flow, organize transactions, and keep both business and personal finance workflows clearer and more actionable. One lesson that really shaped the product is that business finance and personal finance should not be forced into one blurry experience, so we built separate modes for each while keeping the assistant at the center.
