Merrily
The customer intelligence layer for B2B software teams
Merrily is the customer intelligence layer for B2B software teams. It reads every signal across every account (conversations, meetings, product events, invoices, contracts) from the tools you already run, scores who's slipping and who's ready to grow, and briefs your team before every call with the evidence attached. It then serves that same live context to Claude and any AI agent through the Merrily MCP. Catch churn early, protect renewals, surface expansion.
No account should churn in silence. Every customer that leaves was telling you for weeks: the replies that got shorter, the champion who went quiet, the usage that dipped on a Tuesday and never came back. The signs were there, someone just had to be watching.
Merrily is that layer. It reads every account across your stack, scores each one on seven dimensions against its own baseline, and explains every change with the exact thread or record behind it: never "relationship scored low," always "no exec sponsor engaged in 45 days." The slip lands in your inbox the week it starts, with at most a few clear moves per account, not a wall of alerts.
And it never pretends to be you. Merrily briefs the human, it doesn't fake the relationship or send in your name. It also hands that same live context to Claude and any MCP client, so the AI agents your team already work in stop flying blind.
We'd love your feedback, especially on the sources you'd want read next and where the scoring should go deeper.
the per-account dashboard breaking risk into separate dimensions instead of one blended score is the right call. curious what happens when they actively disagree though - like adoption is climbing because usage keeps growing, but sentiment is sliding because the champion's gone quiet and support tickets are getting reopened. does the CSM brief surface that tension explicitly ("usage up, relationship cooling") or does it collapse into one composite risk number that ends up hiding the more urgent signal underneath a decent-looking average
Pulled all our scattered account signals into one place and the pre-call briefs actually feel useful, not just a CRM summary dump. The MCP handoff to Claude is the part that made me go back for a second look.
finally tried this and the pre-call brief thing is genuinely useful, mine actually pulled up a contract renewal window i would have missed. curious how it handles noisy tools like slack.
One thing I'd love to see is a Slack channel digest mode, like a weekly recap that drops into a specific channel summarizing which accounts are heating up or cooling off across the whole book. Right now the briefings feel per call, but sometimes I just want a Monday morning view without opening the app.
One thing I'd love to see is a simple weekly digest email that summarizes the top churn risks and expansion opportunities across our book, so account managers who aren't logging into the app daily still know where to focus that week.
Curious how you handle data privacy when pulling in invoices and contracts from systems like NetSuite or Salesforce. Do customers get to control which fields get ingested, or is it an all-or-nothing sync right now?
