We built this because of a pretty common (and frustrating) problem: waking up with neck pain and poor sleep, even after trying “every pillow out there.” Most pillows we tested, memory foam, down, latex, had one thing in common: they’re static. They might feel comfortable at first, but they don’t adapt as you move throughout the night. That often leads to misalignment and, over time, discomfort or stiffness. That insight led us to rethink what “support” should actually mean. Instead of a fixed structure, we explored something dynamic. That’s how we landed on a water-based design, where the support adjusts in real time as you move, helping maintain consistent head and neck alignment. What’s interesting is that this idea isn’t new, there’s even clinical research (including a study from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine) suggesting this type of adaptive support can improve sleep quality and reduce neck pain. But surprisingly, it hasn’t been widely understood or adopted. During the process, we also learned that “comfort” is incredibly personal. So we made adjustability a core part of the product, users can fine-tune firmness simply by changing the water level, instead of being stuck with a one-size-fits-all pillow. This launch is really about bringing that idea to a wider audience, and seeing how people who’ve struggled with sleep and neck pain respond to a different approach.
