Mayim Ops is an operations diagnostic and improvement platform. It scores how a business actually runs across ten operational dimensions and returns an evidence-based report on what to fix first.

Top comment

I built MAYIM because I kept seeing businesses work harder than they needed to. The problem usually wasn’t a lack of effort. It was what happened between people, processes, tools, and decisions. Work would get stuck in handoffs, approvals, unclear ownership, or processes that only existed in someone’s head. I wanted to build something that could actually show a business what was happening beneath the surface, not just tell them to “improve their operations.” MAYIM started as a way to diagnose that friction. As I tested it, the product evolved into a combination of assessment, process mapping, diagnosis, and practical tools to help businesses decide what to fix and actually make the change. I’m launching it on Product Hunt because I want to put it in front of people who understand how messy growth can get and learn where the product can become genuinely useful. If you try it, I’d really like to know: what part of your operations feels harder than it should right now?
