Markraft is a floating Markdown notepad for Mac. Press ⌥N over any app, write something down, and press it again to put the note away.
Every note is a plain Markdown file in a folder you choose. If you already use Obsidian, you can point Markraft at your vault and use it to capture quick notes.
It includes live Markdown formatting, tables, code blocks, and optional Vim mode. It’s free and open source, with no account or app telemetry.
