Your CSV export never matches the template your CRM, accounting tool, ERP, or database expects — wrong headers, column order, date formats. MapMyCSV remaps any messy CSV to the exact target template, entirely in your browser. Your data never leaves your machine. Auto column matching, manual fixes, date/amount normalization, row-level validation. Free preview of the first 10 mapped rows; $29 one-time unlocks full export. No account. Try the built-in sample data — no file needed.

I built MapMyCSV after running into the same annoying operator problem over and over: I had the data, I had the destination's import template, and the two CSVs almost matched. Almost. The headers were different. Dates used the wrong format. Columns were in the wrong order. IDs had leading zeros. A few fields needed manual cleanup. None of it was difficult, but every import turned into another round of spreadsheet surgery. The other problem was privacy. CSVs often contain customer, financial, employee, or operational data. Uploading that data to a random conversion service felt like a bad default. MapMyCSV does the mapping and validation entirely in your browser. There's nothing to upload it to — the entire tool runs client-side. Your data never leaves your machine. You can load the sample data or use your own CSV and preview the first 10 mapped rows for free. A one-time $29 payment unlocks the full export. I would especially like feedback on the automatic matches and validation warnings. Those are the two areas where real-world ugly CSVs will teach me the most.

Finally something that actually fixes the date format headaches without uploading customer data anywhere. The auto column matching nailed most of my messy export on the first pass.

A mapping tool that lives in the browser is genuinely useful, especially the local-only angle. One thing that would save me a lot of time is letting me save and reuse mapping profiles for recurring imports, since the same messy export shows up every month from the same vendor. Right now it looks like I'd have to reconfigure the columns from scratch each time.
