We built Mailyte because every team we worked with had the same problem: your team's inbox lives in Google Workspace, the emails your app sends live in Postmark , Brevo or Resend, and your newsletters live in Mailchimp — three different tools, three different bills, and none of them talk to each other.

the self-host-or-managed split with no lock-in is a nice hedge. the part I'd worry about with self-hosting the transactional/marketing side specifically is IP and domain reputation - Postmark and Mailchimp spend a lot of effort keeping shared infra out of spam folders. if I self-host on my own hardware, is Mailyte doing anything to help warm up a new sending domain's reputation, or is that entirely on the user to manage
