I'm a freelancer. Every morning I'd spend 30 minutes reading emails just to figure out what I needed to do that day. Mailly fixes that. Connect your mailbox, and Mailly automatically: → Reads your incoming professional emails → Extracts action items and creates tasks on a Kanban board → Drafts suggested replies with custom AI instructions No more copy-pasting from Gmail into Notion or Todoist. Your inbox IS your to-do list now. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Julian, solo dev from Marseille. I built Mailly because I watched my first client — a freelance accountant — spend hours every day just managing emails. Mailly connects to your mailbox, reads every email, creates a task automatically and drafts a reply. You just copy-paste and send. I built this entirely solo with Claude API + n8n + Supabase. No VC, no team, just code. Would love your feedback — especially from freelancers and recruiters who live in their inbox. Happy to answer any questions! 🙏

honestly the kanban view from my inbox is kind of a game changer, pulled out my action items way faster than i expected

Connected my Gmail and within minutes the kanban filled up with tasks I would have missed. The suggested replies actually match my tone, which surprised me.

One thing that would help me is letting me set quiet hours so Mailly doesn't ping me about new tasks at 9pm. Right now it feels like it might just keep processing and notifying whenever something lands, and that could get overwhelming after a full day of client work. Even a simple "do not disturb" window with a morning digest instead would make this feel much more sustainable long term.
