MagicWand is an AI-enabled manufacturing OS that brings leads, production planning, inventory, work orders, shop-floor operations, and management visibility into one platform. Unlike traditional ERP systems, MagicWand is built around how factories actually work. It connects with tools like Gmail, Tally, Deskera, machines, and existing workflows, then adds AI to reduce manual follow-ups, identify shortages, track production, and surface operational risks in real time.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m Piyush, the maker of MagicWand.
We started building MagicWand after seeing manufacturers struggle with disconnected spreadsheets, manual follow-ups, unclear inventory, delayed production updates, and ERP systems that operators found difficult to use.
MagicWand is our attempt to build a practical AI-powered manufacturing OS—covering leads, MRP, inventory, work orders, shop-floor visibility, and integrations with the tools factories already use.
This launch is based on real workflows we have been implementing with manufacturers, not just a generic ERP template.
I’d love feedback from founders, factory owners, operations leaders, and ERP experts. What is the biggest operational visibility problem you see in manufacturing today?
Finally something built for the shop floor instead of forcing factories into a generic ERP mold. The Tally and machine integration was smoother than I expected, and surfacing shortages before they stall production feels like a real shift.
