I built MacFullStack because local PHP tooling on Mac felt fragmented: Herd is great for Laravel, classic AMP stacks feel dated, and Docker Desktop is heavy for everyday CMS work. I wanted Native-first with Docker when needed, real docroot detection for any project (not only scaffolds), and a polished macOS UI with HTTPS that just works.
