I'm Harsh, the founder of LuminaAudio.
I noticed that most slowed + reverb tools do one thing well: they apply the same effect to an entire track. I wanted to build something more flexible for creators who like experimenting with sound.
So I built LuminaAudio with features that go beyond a basic slowed + reverb generator:

Browser-based with no upload step is a nice move, makes messing around with random tracks way less annoying. The split sections idea actually works for layered edits.
The browser-based speed change actually sounds clean without the weird artifacts I usually get from free tools, and the split sections preview makes it easy to compare effect chains side by side before exporting.
The Split Sections idea is genuinely clever. Letting people apply nightcore to a chorus and slowed reverb to a verse without bouncing between tools feels like a real producer move. Solid execution.
