Built by former restaurateurs, Loop is loyalty and rewards done right. Any retail, hospitality or tourism business can launch a program in minutes - rewarding guests for creating social content, referrals, and reviews - turning customers into advocates. The best part: businesses can connect into shared reward ecosystems, so a customer earning at one venue gets rewarded across a whole network. Your brand, your data - we just provide the software (think Shopify, not a marketplace).
Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Tom, founder of Loop. I spent years as a restaurateur and I kept seeing the same problem: businesses spending a fortune on ads but not rewarding or retaining their existing customers properly or incentivising them to return or become promoters.
So we built Loop. It lets any hospitality or experience business spin up a loyalty program in minutes and reward customers for posting on socials, leaving reviews, referring friends, etc., turning customers into true advocates.
The part I'm most excited about is what happens when businesses connect. Instead of everyone running their own isolated program, Loop lets independent businesses form coalitions - so a customer earning rewards at one venue can discover and get rewarded across a whole region, precinct, or festival.
We're running this live in a wine region in Australia right now, and watching customers move and spend between businesses because of it has been the most exciting part.
We keep it simple: you own your brand, you own your customer data, we just provide the software (think Shopify, not a marketplace that owns your customers).
I'd genuinely love your feedback - especially from anyone who's run a business and been burned by ad spend before!
the shared reward network idea is honestly pretty smart, especially for smaller spots that can't run a loyalty program alone. wish this existed when i ran my cafe.
Setup was way easier than I expected and the shared reward network idea actually clicked for me once I saw how it ties venues together.
The shared ecosystem idea is genuinely cool, but it'd be way more useful if there was a built-in analytics dashboard showing which partner venues in the network actually drive the most cross-redemptions. Right now I'd probably have to cobble that together myself with spreadsheets, and that's the kind of insight that would make or break whether a business actually commits to joining the network long-term.

Who hunted Loop Fans?
Loop Fans was hunted by Tom Norwood. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
