Hello and welcome! In this app I wanted to build a place where curious people could learn freely and add their expertise to a growing knowledge archive. There’s so much knowledge available, but finding a clear path through it can be difficult, especially when understanding one topic depends on several others you haven’t learned yet. Longform Archive began with the idea of making those connections visible, so someone could start with a question and trace it back to its foundations.
As the project developed, the vision grew from a personal learning tool into a shared public archive. Alongside textbooks, practice questions and optional AI tutoring, I wanted people to contribute lessons, add topics, connect ideas and collaborate in forums. Someone just beginning a subject should feel welcome alongside someone who has spent a lifetime studying it.
This launch is just the beginning. My hope is that Longform Archive grows into something grand and lasting, something its community helps shape, and a living library where today’s learner can become tomorrow’s guide.
