free one — HTTP, TCP, DNS, ICMP, SSL, heartbeat, manual. Plans differ in how many
services you watch and how often, not in what you're allowed to watch. No "SSL
expiry monitoring is a Pro feature".
Second: each monitoring location sits on a different network operator, and every
operator is named publicly. So when something gets reported down, you can check
whose network actually saw it instead of trusting a single vantage point.
Runs in Germany, data stays in the EU. Free plan, no credit card — a status page
is up in a few minutes.
