We built LeanAirplane because we love quick, skill‑based arcade games and wanted a lightweight mobile experience that’s easy to pick up but hard to master. We focused on tight touch controls, procedural levels, so players can jump in for a minute or two and still feel rewarded.
LeanAirplane started as a prototype: we wanted a mobile game that felt responsive on low‑end devices and didn’t demand long play sessions. Many mobile arcade games either require long sessions or feel floaty on touch we aimed to fix both by designing precise controls and procedural levels that keep each run fresh.
We prototyped with a simple physics model, then moved to a deterministic procedural generator to ensure varied level layouts. Performance profiling led us to optimize sprite batching and reduce memory churn. We’re iterating on telemetry for retention metrics and welcome suggestions on analytics, monetization balance, and cross‑platform ports.
