LabelVault is the opposite of that. You design a label once — text, barcodes, QR codes, tables — it saves as a single file, and it prints on any printer Windows can see: a thermal roll printer, a Brother QL, or a sheet of Avery labels through the office laser. Barcodes are rendered at the printer's own dot pitch so they scan the first time. It works entirely offline, there's no account, and it's a one-time $12.99 per PC rather than a subscription.
