Two years ago, we launched our scrappy MVP here with a big belief: user research shouldn’t be an ad-hoc academic exercise—it should be central to product development and accessible to every PM, designer, and engineer.

I have been looking for something like this for some of my own and client products. I do miss a detailed video though showing how it exactly works, that would have been useful!

What mechanisms are in place for product managers to review and modify the AI's interpretation of user sentiment before it gets transformed into product requirements and user stories?
