Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Rishabh, the maker.
I built Kitolity out of one recurring frustration: doing a simple task online — remove a photo background, pull text out of a screenshot, compress a PDF, format some JSON — almost always means fighting pop-up ads, forced sign-ups, watermarks, and sketchy "upload your file here" boxes.
Kitolity is 35+ everyday tools with none of that. The part I'm proudest of: the AI tools run on-device. Background removal uses a WebAssembly/ONNX model and image-to-text OCR runs in the browser (Tesseract) — your photos are never uploaded. Open your network tab and watch: nothing leaves your device. The handful of tools that genuinely need a server (PDF↔Word, translation, AI summarising) use secure processing and auto-delete your file within 24 hours.

Tried the PDF merge tool in my browser and it actually handled a 40-page file instantly without uploading anything. The fact that even the AI stuff like background removal runs locally is a really nice touch for privacy.
Love that the heavy stuff like background removal and OCR actually runs in-browser without an account. That kind of privacy-first execution on a free suite is genuinely rare.
