I’m the creator of Kalma. I built it around a simple problem: sometimes you want to disconnect from messages and distracting apps, but you still need your phone for Maps, music, videos, browsing or everyday tasks.
Kalma lets you temporarily pause distracting apps, schedule focus periods and create moments without interruptions — without having to switch off your phone completely.
It’s especially useful for studying, working, spending time with family or your partner, going out for dinner, watching a movie, or simply taking a break from constant notifications.
We’re still improving it quickly, and feedback at this stage is incredibly valuable. I’d especially love to know:
