Most loyalty apps eventually make the merchant become a dashboard operator. A customer asks why their points are missing, someone needs their balance checked, finance wants to understand outstanding rewards, or the team wants to know which customers are close to the next VIP tier. Each question means opening another dashboard and reconstructing the answer.
We built Juvant Loyalty & Rewards around a different workflow: operate your loyalty program by asking Shopify Sidekick.
“AI-native” for us means giving Sidekick structured access to live loyalty context and carefully scoped actions—not simply adding a generic chatbot to the app.
Today, merchants can ask questions such as:
• “How did my loyalty program perform in the last 30 days?”
• “What is my current points liability?”
• “Why can’t this customer redeem their points?”
• “Who is close to reaching Gold?”
• “Which earning rules are active?”
• “Pause the signup bonus.”
Sidekick can find the relevant member, inspect common program and points problems, explain performance, estimate outstanding points liability, surface members nearing a VIP tier, and open the correct workflow. From the program settings page, it can also activate or deactivate an earning rule.
The actions are intentionally scoped and explainable. Merchants remain in control of consequential program configuration.
