I'm Zakir, solo founder of JuggleHire. Today I'm shipping something I should have built a year ago: offer letters with built-in e-signatures.
The problem I kept seeing: Small teams use JuggleHire to post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and pick the hire. Then comes the awkward part — closing the offer. Until now, that meant:
- Drafting the offer in Google Docs - Exporting to PDF - Uploading to DocuSign (paying $25-45/month for a tool you use 3x a month) - Emailing the candidate - Hoping they sign before they accept another offer - Manually moving them to "Hired" in JuggleHire
Four tools. Five context switches. For something that should take 10 minutes.
What changed: A few weeks ago, a customer named Ash signed up specifically because she needed offer letters with e-signatures by mid-May. She was about to start paying for DocuSign just to bridge the gap. That's when I knew it was time. So I built it. Two weeks later, here it is.
