I built JobsLatam because I believe talent is universal, but opportunity is not—especially in Latin America. As a developer based in Venezuela, I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it is to bridge the gap between our local skills and high-impact global remote roles.
The problem I’m solving is the 'noise.' There are thousands of jobs out there, but finding the ones that actually value LatAm talent is a full-time job in itself. My approach evolved from a simple scraper to an AI-driven curator that focuses on quality over quantity.
Despite some recent technical hurdles with other platforms, I’m more committed than ever to building in public and proving that innovation has no borders. I’d love to hear your feedback and how we can make remote work even more accessible for everyone! 🚀
