Congrats on the launch! Is indeed a very 'crowded space' but it you get it right you will make it. Essentials from first sight: - CRM integration - see all customer journeys and needs - Channels to create a ticket. The form is a very good idea but the business needs to go further: chats, socials, email. etc Love the workflows and automation. IS the most important part to gain productivity. Alerts, and notification for too-long waiting tickets are a must so going in the right direction.
YT team, I greatly value the flexibility offered by your SLA. HubSpot falls behind you in this regard. Keep up the good work. We're soon launching a major FinTech product in Germany, and high-ticket load customer support is crucial. I'll show your product to the team, it looks really enticing.
Congrats Tatiana &Team! This is a very ¨crowded space¨ so my respect for putting this together 🙏 I did a quick check and the first thing i noticed is your pricing structure. Pricing for users, agents, storage, extra storage...... to complicated!!! I manage a community with over 150 000 engaged members, a 1000 users is 1625$ a month?? You're scaring off potential customers, keep it simple and transparent...
