Hey all 👋 For the past few months I've been building out tools internally & externally based on pain points I've felt personally, and as I've found usefulness from these tools I've cleaned them up and generalized them for wider audiences. Moxie Docs was launched to address the growing pain point of documentation drifting from code truth due to agentic development - automating public knowledgebases, internal dev docs, and changelogs. AllMCPs was created as a vetted & discovery focused directory to find tools to improve AI agents with MCP connectors and automatically enrich, audit, and categorize tools to make it a fun experience to find and list MCPs. Chaosword was just for fun. Now I'm launching Jackalope - a cross-platform, open-source workspace for agentic development. Connect any account(s) and agents you have - have 4 grok accounts from different profiles? Add them. Have a work Codex account and a personal one? Add them both! Have OpenCode and Claude? We've got it covered. Separate work and personal accounts & agents, assign any number of agents & accounts to any number of projects. You supply the tasks and guidance, Jackalope automatically identifies the best agents and accounts for the task, orchestrates agents to complete it - providing them a communication bridge, computer use, browser use, and private work trees. You review the outcomes and evidence when the task is done, and merge the code. You control the commit structure, the context, and monitor everything within Jackalope itself. We provide workspace configuration, visualization, rich details on usage and quotas - all on your device, all with your accounts, in your control. Join the wait list now! I'm wrapping up finalized testing on Windows, awaiting signing keys / approval, and doing a pass on our linux & MacOS builds in the coming weeks.

Comment highlights

How do two agents in the shared workspace handle the same file? I run mine in separate git worktrees for that reason, and merging the results back is the part that costs me the time.
