Every FAQ I've ever written has the same flaw: it answers the six questions I thought of. Question number seven has nowhere to go, so the visitor either leaves or emails support.
Infinite FAQ is a normal-looking FAQ accordion with one difference — the last row is a live input. If a visitor doesn't see their question, they type it, and it gets answered from your own site's content, right there in the page.
Two things I think make it worth a look:
1. It's grounded. Answers come from pages MagicChat has indexed on your site, with source links attached. It isn't a general chatbot guessing.
2. You find out what people actually ask. Every typed question is logged in your dashboard. A week in, you stop guessing what belongs in your FAQ.
