we build the other side of this problem at Dial (agents that place and answer calls programmatically), so I'm curious about the spam filtering specifically. is it trained on caller-ID/carrier spam signals, or is it actually listening to the first few seconds of audio and making a real-time judgment call before deciding to engage vs silently voicemail it? the failure mode I'd worry about is a legitimate caller who sounds like a robocall opener ("hi, is this a good time to talk about...") getting auto-filtered before they get a chance to explain themselves.
