I built HireScoreAI to solve a common hiring problem: recruiters spend too much time manually checking resumes, comparing skills with job descriptions, and deciding who should move forward.
HireScoreAI helps recruiters create jobs, collect applications, parse resumes, match candidates with the JD, rank them with AI scores, and understand the reason behind every score.
The goal is simple: make early-stage hiring faster, more transparent, and less dependent on manual resume filtering.
