Hi Product Hunt — I built HireLyf after seeing how much time Indian hiring teams waste sorting through hundreds of resumes with no way to verify actual skill before the interview.
HireLyf flips that: every candidate takes a 40-question skill assessment (SQL, coding, English, aptitude, plus role-specific tracks) before we ever match them to a job. Companies get 3-5 candidates whose scores they can see upfront, reviewed by our team before it lands in their dashboard.
