Hark Pro is a personal AI designed to take things off your plate, not add another chatbot to your day. It remembers what matters, thinks ahead about what you might need, and uses its own cloud computer to get things done across the web — from managing calendars and email to shopping, travel, bills, and everyday errands. Your sensitive credentials stay encrypted, Hark never sells your data or shares it with advertisers, and you can watch it work.

Hark Pro launched publicly yesterday and this one caught my attention.

It's a personal AI that remembers things about you, connects to your email/calendar/files, and has its own cloud computer to actually get things done on the web.

What's interesting is that it also tries to think ahead: reminding you about something that needs attention or offering to handle it before you go looking for help.

And since that requires giving an AI a pretty uncomfortable amount of access to your life, Hark is making privacy a big part of the product: no ads, no selling your data, encrypted credentials, and you can actually watch the agent while it works.

Curious to see how useful the proactive part becomes in everyday use.

Nice work getting this live Justin. I had a look through and the UI is what sold me. Beautiful. What did early users ask for that surprised you?

I've been using this product the last two days, and Hark > Grok Bot + Dots in terms of proactivity, and proactivity is massive with this category. I have all 3, and it's my personal pick atm.

the "watch the agent while it works" part is the detail that actually matters here more than the privacy bullet points. most proactive assistants fail not because they leak data but because they act on a wrong inference silently, like booking the wrong restaurant because it misread an old email thread as current. if I can watch it work, can I also interrupt mid-task before it commits to something, or is watching more of an after-the-fact log

I have been playing with Hark and my first impressions are very good. In a world where everybody copies the other it is refreshing to see something different. It has a distinctive design and tone.

The “thinks ahead” part is really interesting. If I’m giving an AI access to this much of my life, being able to watch it work and know my credentials are protected is pretty important.

Can you set certain tasks to always need approval like purchases or sending emails?

Keeping credentials encrypted and letting users see what’s happening makes this feel more comfortable for everyday task.

How does Hark decide when to act on something by itself and when to ask for confirmation?

I like the idea of an AI that handles small life tasks instead of giving me another chat window to manage.

The cloud computer doing things across different websites is really interesting. Being able to watch what it's doing is a useful touch too.

Who hunted Hark?

Hark was hunted by Justin Jincaid. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
