Hi Product Hunt! I'm not a professional developer — I work in supply chain (equipment and spare parts for meat-processing plants). My wife is a personal trainer, and she was tracking clients, workouts, and membership renewals in Excel and a paper notebook, constantly losing time to manual admin and forgetting who needed a renewal reminder.
I decided to try solving it with a Telegram bot, building the whole backend and the Mini App with the help of AI coding tools. It started as a small helper for one person and grew into a full tool with client/workout tracking, auto reminders, a client-facing Mini App (schedule, stats, a photo-based food diary), and daily summaries for the trainer.
