Tell our app what song you'd like to remix & what style you'd like it in, and then our model does the rest! Perfect for DJs looking to create new remixes for their sets, influencers looking to make TikTok edits, or just a fun activity with your friends.
👋 Hey Product Hunt! I’m the CEO of Soundry and they guy who trained the awesome model behind our brand new product: Groove! 🔊
Generative AI music tools typically avoid licensed content, but user's want to play with their favorite music and rights-holders want a brand new revenue stream. By doing what Spotify did for streaming we can prove that working with artists and building a great product aren't mutually exclusive.
To make a remix we first ask the user to submit an original track and a style reference. Groove's brand new custom model can understand any song by decomposing it into features for lyrics, melody, voice, and instrumentation. We then regenerate the original track, but with the instrumentation features swapped for those from the style reference. The result is an exciting new combination of the two songs! 💃🔁🕺
We can't wait to hear what you make with Groove, and look forward to hearing your feedback 🙌

Who hunted Groove?
Groove was hunted by Mark Buckler. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
